The CollectionArtisanal
"Made by hand. Worn by few. Remembered by all."
These aren't department store fragrances. Artisanal perfumery is a different world, small houses, rare ingredients, boundary-pushing compositions. Scents that provoke, intrigue, and stay with you long after the room is empty.

The Craft Behind the ScentWhy Artisanal Is Different
"Designer fragrance is engineered for mass appeal.
Artisanal fragrance is built for the individual.
Artisanal perfume houses operate outside the commercial machine. No focus groups. No shelf-life testing for mass retail. Just a perfumer, rare raw materials, and an obsessive commitment to something that has never existed before.
The result? Fragrances that feel alive — complex, shifting, deeply personal. Scents that don't just smell good, but tell a story. These are the bottles that start conversations.
"You don't just wear an artisanal fragrance.
You inhabit it."
Prominent Notes: Passion fruit, kiwi skin, stewed stone fruit, amber, resin, sandalwood.
Product Description: A luminous amber fragrance built around ripe fruit and warm resin. Passion fruit and kiwi skin open with brightness, melting into stewed stone fruit and glowing amber before settling into a creamy sandalwood with subtle depth. EXTREME longevity on this one, as the brand boasts 9+ hours, I personally get a solid 6 hours, close skin scent after that - a true rarity with “Summer” scents. This bottle is from the limited 100-bottle Batch 03 release.
Prominent notes: Benzoin, Styrax, Cinnamon bark, Bread accord, Mysore sandalwood, Rum, Caramel, Almond, Orris butter
Description (from the nose): Eucharisto is a fragrance born from the heart of Christian worship, shaped by reverence, offering, and the mystery of communion. Its name refers directly to the Holy Eucharist, the act of thanksgiving at the center of Christian life. The perfume functions as a gesture of devotion, a meditation in scent on presence, sacrifice, and grace.
It opens with the golden warmth of benzoin and styrax, resinous and luminous, like beeswax candles glowing against icon-filled walls. From the first breath, it carries a sense of the ancient and enduring. A trace of cinnamon bark introduces gentle heat, recalling incense rising at Vespers, sweet-spiced smoke settling into silence.
The heart of the fragrance is built around a bread accord that feels tender, rounded, and deeply human. It recalls the scent of freshly baked loaves along with the meaning they bear, the elevation of the ordinary into the sacred and the material into mystery. Bread appears here as body, offering, and sustenance. This core is softened by the depth of Mysore sandalwood and warmed by rum, caramel, and almond, which lend sweetness with restraint and glow like warmth held in memory.
Orris butter adds a quiet floral clarity, echoing the purity of vessels and linens used in the liturgy. The drydown remains close and intimate, lingering the way incense stays on skin after candles have burned low.
Eucharisto is intended for remembrance and stillness, for attentiveness to what is holy. For those who approach the Eucharist as lived reality and mystery, the fragrance offers an echo of gold-leaf light, shared silence, and thanksgiving that begins and ends in love.
Description (my take): I get smooth, cinnamony, buttery warmth wrapped in thick resins and delicious wafts of wood. It feels SO comforting that it pulls you in. One of those scents that are hard to stop smelling the spray spot.
I don’t personally get overtly religious or spiritual vibes from Eucharisto, but Wes’ imagery is perfect: Think “beeswax candles creating a gentle warmth, incense lightly hanging in the air, and freshly baked bread being passed around a beautifully connected community”. The perfect visual. Eucharisto feels wholesome, friendly and warm. It facilitates a quiet, meaningful moment you want to bask in.
Prominent notes: Malaysian Agarwood, Gurjun Balsam, Birch Tar, Cinnamon Leaf, Cardamom, Cedarwood Atlas, Cypriol, Cistus, Black Cumin, Amyris Wood, Green Hojari Frankincense, Patchouli Heart, Grapefruit, Banana, Ylang Ylang, Pear, Labdanum Absolute, Vanilla Absolute, Mysore Sandalwood, Black Leather, Castoreum Absolute, White Ambergris.
Description (from the nose): Truth and Method is Phronema Perfumes’ exploration of the fruity-oud microgenre, balancing deep, resinous woods with bright, tropical fruits.
At its core, Malaysian Agarwood provides a regal richness, with its cola, vanilla, cinnamon, and labdanum facets wrapped in smoky birch tar and black leather, grounding the fragrance in the dark, semi-sweet depth of oud. Juxtaposed against this are ripe banana and juicy pear, their sweetness complemented by the sharp, mouthwatering brightness of grapefruit, creating a vivid contrast to the weight of the woods below.
Spices add warmth as cinnamon leaf and cardamom intertwine through the heart, softened by the creamy smoothness of Mysore sandalwood and the gentle custard-like nuance of ylang-ylang. Labdanum Absolute enhances the honeyed richness already present in the Agarwood, while cypriol and green hojari frankincense evoke the scent of sun-warmed earth after summer rain.
In the drydown, white ambergris settles over the composition, imparting a luminous sheen, while vanilla absolute and resinous gurjun balsam elevate the fragrance, adding depth and warmth.
Truth and Method is a journey of contrasts, fruit and oud, light and shadow, indulgence and reflection, inviting the wearer into a complex and cerebral olfactory experience that mirrors the fusion of understanding found in dialogue, history, and tradition.
Description (my take): Right away, it’s striking how smooth and wearable this is given how complex the note breakdown looks. The first thing that stands out is that ripe, almost mashed banana paired with a clean, slightly sweet oud. The agarwood doesn’t come across harsh or animalic. It leans into those cola-like, vanilla, and lightly spiced facets, which makes the whole composition feel rounded and approachable.
There’s a subtle brightness underneath, maybe from the grapefruit and pear? It keeps the fruit from feeling heavy, while the touch of cinnamon adds a gentle warmth. As it settles, a creamy softness takes over, and the ambergris creates a smooth finish.
Prominent notes: Galbanum, Davana Absolute, Ambrette Seed, Banana, Pineapple, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine Grandiflorum, Hyacinth, Deer Musk, Cabreuva Bark
Description (from the nose): While Cubanola leans toward earth, its companion celebrates sun-sweetened fruit, heady floral bursts, and warm skin. This is a garden at its most abundant and sensorial. It opens with a striking freshness of Galbanum, Davana Absolute, and Ambrette Seed, forming a green and gently musky prelude. The fruits follow with Banana and Pineapple, naturalistic and full, like orchard air mingling with human warmth.
The floral heart is soft and expressive, built from Ylang Ylang, Jasmine Grandiflorum, and Hyacinth, giving the perfume its flesh and curve. Deer Musk appears subtly, lending lift and sensual resonance with careful restraint. Cabreuva Bark adds rosewood-like sweetness, rounding the fragrance into a soft, skin-toned glow, like warm light settling on ripe fruit.
This perfume evokes the dream of the garden, a scent of joy, radiance, and repose.
Description (my take): A cloud made of delicious banana pudding, but from a distance. Baobab, put simply, is warm, friendly, and sweet. Absolutely intoxicating.
Prominent notes: Ambrette Seed, Bergamot, Cold Pressed Lemon, Eucalyptus, Ginger, Japanese Cedarwood, Labdanum Absolute, Lavender Absolute, Mysore Sandalwood, Oakmoss Absolute, Orris Butter, Patchouli Heart, Tonka Bean Absolute, Vanilla Absolute, Vetiver, White Ambergris
Description (from the nose): “Thus, once again asking ourselves what the Pillar and Ground of the Truth is, we mentally run through the series of answers given here. The Pillar of the Truth is the Church; it is certitude; it is the spiritual law of identity; it is ascesis; it is the Trihypostatic Unity; it is the Light of Tabor; it is the Holy Spirit; it is chastity or spiritual integrity; it is Sophia; it is the Most Pure Virgin; it is friendship; it is, once more, the Church.
-Pavel Florensky, The Pillar and Ground of the Truth”
Description (my take): After a long day, this lands perfectly. It opens bright and clean with bergamot and lemon, with eucalyptus and ginger adding a crisp, airy edge. As it settles, lavender, orris, and ambrette smooth things out, while cedarwood, sandalwood, vetiver, and oakmoss give it a calm, grounded feel. A light touch of tonka, vanilla, and ambergris keeps it warm without getting heavy.
It’s clean, nostalgic, and quietly comforting. It reminds me of opening a fresh pack of Pokémon cards back in the early 2000s. That fresh-pack smell, slightly inky and familiar, brings out that same simple, easy feeling.
Prominent Notes: Black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, saffron, heliotrope, iris, jasmine, mimosa, honey, smoke, oud, musk
Description: Moth is dark, powdery, and haunting, like a flicker of light in an abandoned room. It opens spicy and slightly dusty, quickly transitioning into a soft floral heart wrapped in powder and sweetness. As it settles, smoky oud, honey, and musk create a dense, shadowy base that feels warm yet eerie. It’s artistic, gothic, and deeply atmospheric… more of an experience than a traditional fragrance.
Prominent Notes: Whiskey, tobacco, saffron, blackcurrant, cognac, incense, patchouli, oud
Description: A dark, smoky, luxurious oud fragrance with a boozy opening and an ambered, resinous heart. Black Oud opens with whiskey, tobacco, saffron, and blackcurrant, then moves into incense, patchouli, musk, and woods before settling into a rich oud-driven base. It feels bold, artistic, and upscale without going fully barnyard or harsh.
Prominent Notes: Dark chocolate, chili pepper, ginger, leather, woods, musk
Description: Dark, spicy chocolate with a seductive edge. Boccanera is bold, slightly animalic, and unforgettable. Not for everyone, but for the right person it’s intoxicating. A true statement scent.
